SINGAPORE POLICE FORCE
******PUBLIC WARNING******

3 Mental Health Patients Broke out in Mandaluyong Philippines and was last seen in Singapore .
Authorities said security was very tight at the Mental Health Institution and
 conducted an independent study to determine how the patients escaped.

Please take a look and call the authorities immediately if spotted.
