Remember, results are what count. It doesn't really matter how you get them, as long as it is not illegal, immoral or   unethical. What results are you getting?  Just staying busy is not the point. Just passing time is not enough, unless you're getting results. The bigger difference you can make, the more fulfilled and abundant your life will be. What are you doing to make a difference today?

Keep your eye on the results, and you'll stay on track to accomplishment. Keep the end result in mind, and you'll avoid getting sidetracked into activities that don't accomplish anything.

Look at your work, your life, your family. Are you getting the results you want? If not, then it is time to adjust your actions. There's no point in continuing to do anything that doesn't get you where you want to be.

Decide what results you want, and then adjust your actions to get them.

"What would you do if you knew you could not fail?"

Well, guess what. You cannot fail. It is impossible. If you take any kind of action, and many times even if you don't do anything, you will succeed in accomplishing something. You will always have a result.

Now the trick is, to make sure the result is to your liking. That is the key.

So, as long as you're going to accomplish something, make it something you want. You are always heading toward some result with the actions you take. To change the result, simply change the actions.

You are powerful and effective, whether you try to be or not. Your power can either work for you, or against you. It all depends on the actions you take, moment after moment, day after day, month after month. Direct your power toward your dream and it will happen.

Learn from your results, especially the ones you didn't intend to have. There is no such thing as failure when you try. There are only results. If the results are not to your liking, you've learned what not to do.

Learn from others. The experiences of other people can teach you much about your own life. And, you also learn by teaching others.

Learn from going places you've never gone, meeting people you've never known, living new experiences, reading new ideas. Learn from taking on challenges, and pushing yourself beyond your boundaries. Learn by changing your perspective, by considering others' opinions. Learn from beauty, from love, from caring.

Learn at every opportunity. What you learn is always yours. Learn more and become more.

In the end, it really doesn't matter what you're doing, or how you feel, or what you think. Eventually, it comes down to this. What results are you getting?

What are the numbers? How much money are you putting in the bank? How fast can you run 10 kilometers? What's your cholesterol? What grades are you getting? How many sales are you making? How many chapters have you written? How many people in your downline? How many games has your team won? How many members does your church have? Did you get enough votes to win?

On a regular basis, you need to review your results and compare them against your goals. The big thing you need to ask is this -- are you heading in the right direction? Are you getting the results you want?

If so, that's great. You know you're doing the right things.

If not, then it's really good to find out that you need to change what you're doing. This isn't all that complicated, yet some folks just can't seem to figure it out. If you're not getting the results you want, then you need to change what you're doing.

Focus is necessary. Action is necessary. Motivation is necessary. Self esteem is necessary. Knowledge is necessary. Commitments is necessary. Discipline is necessary. However, these are not enough. Results are what count.

There is no question but that you are getting results. The question is, are they the results you want? And the answer to that question is not "well..." or "I think maybe..." or "if only I could..." The answer is either "yes" or "no". It doesn't get much simpler than that.
