Put your frustrations in perspective, and most of them will disappear. Refuse to get caught up in them, and those frustrations will have no power over you. Small inconveniences and minor disappointments can lead to major disruptions if you let them. But you don't have to let them.  When you feel frustration starting to overwhelm you, choose to step back a little bit. Sure, the situation may be absurd and outrageous, but is it really all that important?  Your ego likes to make you blow the little things far out of proportion, because it's an easy way to feel important. Yet it can also be an enormous waste of your time and energy, not to mention the negative impact it has on your attitude.  As much as possible, give the frustrations some distance. Get away from them to a place where you can calmly think through your options, and you'll find that there's almost never any need to be frustrated.  Rise above the pettiness of wasteful frustrations, with a smile on your face and generosity in your heart. And you'll be able to clearly see a fast, effective, fulfilling way forward.

You are just as good, just as worthy, just as valuable as anyone. No one can intimidate you, no matter what kind of car they drive, or what their business card says, or how big their house is, or how big their factory is. No one is better than you.

You are the best there is. Inside you is the potential to do, or be, or have anything you desire. No one has more than that. Some may have progressed farther down the path at this moment, but that doesn't make them any better than you.

There is no need for you ever to be envious or to feel unworthy. Your life is filled with possibility. Where you are right now is insignificant, when compared to where you're going. Point yourself in the direction of your dreams, and every step along the way is golden.

No matter what anyone says, or does, no matter what your situation -- personal, financial, social or otherwise -- you can choose to live your life your own way. And there is no greater success than that.

Are you frustrated? Great! Frustration will give you energy to change your life for the better. Achievement comes from people who are frustrated, not from those who are content.

Many people must first "hit bottom" before they have enough desire and motivation to change their lives. The more dissatisfied you are, the more energy you have to make things better.

Frustration is your way of telling yourself that you want things to change. Use the energy of your frustration to get excited. Take action. Don't let it get you down. Change it into a positive influence. Do something about it.

You're frustrated because you know things can be better, and you're ready to make them better. That's a signal that its time to take action. Feel your frustration, and get busy doing something about it.

Whatever happens, happens. Some things are under your control, many other things are not. Some things you can influence by making intelligent choices, other things you must simply deal with.

Make the right choices, and then deal with the rest. Whatever happens, make the best of it. You can control your own actions, and that is where you live your life and concern yourself. Be prepared, do what you can, and then have the confidence to know that you can handle anything else that comes along. Worrying about bad things happening, will only move you in the direction of those things.

Do your best. Free yourself from worry. You'll be able to make the best of everything that comes along. Sometimes life's most valuable lessons are learned in times of adversity. Often, our greatest growth and personal development occurs when we're the most severely challenged. Every circumstance is an opportunity, when you meet it with confidence and purpose.

Everything in life carries risk. Don't take foolish chances, but don't live in fear either. Avoiding risk by doing nothing is the biggest risk of all.

Have no fear. Do what you know needs to be done.

Have you ever wondered why you get frustrated? Of course, there are many different situations which lead to frustration.

But why frustration? Why do we get frustrated? Why do we even have that emotion in our repertoire? It is certainly not pleasant. So what is the point of frustration?

Frustration focuses us. No matter what triggers the frustration, the purpose for frustration to stimulate positive action. If we had no capacity for frustration, we would have to constantly endure those negative factors. But frustration gives us a way out.

Frustration comes when the reality of life does not match our vision.

There are, basically, two ways to end frustration -- either by giving up the vision or by making it a reality. Giving up is only a short term solution, because our true vision does not easily give up.

In your frustration, you can see your vision. And in your frustration, is the energy to attain that vision. Feel the frustration. Be thankful for it. Learn what it can teach you about yourself. And let it spur you into positive, life-changing action.
