Dear Sir/Ma’am:

We would like to appeal for your kind assistance in behalf of my mom, Gertrude Miles Floresca who is currently being cared for at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of SingaporeGeneralHospital.  My mother suffered a massive stroke (aneurysm) last June 26.  The doctors have informed us that her health condition is critical, that she is in comatose state, unable to move her limbs, and until everything is stabilized she needs to be monitored closely. Her hospitalization would entail costs of her medication, lab exams, room, equipment and doctor’s fee.  Our family at the moment is doing our best to maximize our resources in order to sustain expenses being incurred everyday.  Our love for our mother would never cease and so it is with this reason that has driven us to ask for your support in our present situation.  We would appreciate any form of assistance you can extend to our family.  Rest assured that your help is greatly appreciated.

Over and above everything else your continuous prayers would definitely go a long way.  We believe and claim her healing in Jesus Mighty Name!  Praise  God that that she is trying her best to open her eyes and  swallow, as if in an attempt to speak, do pray that her BP would stabilize because everytime she tries to open her eyes, her BP would go up.
