wow overwhelming response - a total of 16 attendees in our first ever cage match! amazing!!! good game guys, keep up the energy and stay injury-free. we even had our own school bus!  we've updated the first post with the confirmed bookings for august! thanks to those that have signed up already. for the rest hurry up and do so! in particular could use 3 more players for the Aug 21 session, and 1 more player for the Aug 28 session. thanks for the photos! keep 'em coming... |

Great game last night!!! Folks came early so we had enough time for proper warmup and stretching, the rotation/substitution flow of the players was good and ball passing is getting better. Since our general fitness is now going up, we will limit the games to 10 players each (starting in September)... so signup early! First come first served. Of course if 20 people signup for a particular day, we will book two courts... More good news! We can enjoy a 30% discount if we're able to signup for 5 sessions in advance, so reply to the email ASAP with the dates you'd like to play. You can also post it here on this forum. The more the merrier! The September sessions continue to be at 10pm. However the October 9pm slots are still available (as of today) so if we can get the minimum number of confirms fast enough, we will try to secure the 9pm slots! Just wanted to post our new SOP as suggested by Shano and Mark and a few others: For games where we have >>10 players, we will let Team A and Team B battle it out. The first team that scores 3 goals gets to stay and fight Team C. Additionally if neither team has 3 goals at the end of fifteen minutes of play, the lower scoring team gets replaced by Team C. Feedback and suggestions welcome! This is your game so please feel free to help shape it!  |
